Punching Shit Is Healthy For Women 

Sometimes I dance. Other times I beat the shit out of a bag and pretend it’s the douche trying to take away my power. I did this for 6 straight months to get over my abusive ex and feel strong again. Now I’m doing it to deal with my rage against trump (and all those misogynists in power). Men aren’t allowed to show vulnerability thru tears and women aren’t allowed to show strength through anger. Fuck that noise. Let men cry and let women rage. It’s healthy to do both. And it keeps us from losing our goddamn minds. Protesting and calling your reps is super effective too though.
