One day I was driving down the Washington coast

when I came across a bunch of clearcuts.

Right after I saw this logging truck

I saw this van.

I’d heard about the World Famous Logging and Mill Tour, but I never thought I’d actually find it.

I couldn’t afford the tour, so I just followed the van.
It lead me to this place

The Forks Timber Museum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since it was a Saturday, I feared the museum might be closed

but these pants informed me otherwise.
I got a little choked up while touring the Logger’s Memorial

but Dora didn’t seem the least bit affected, as usual.

I wanted to pose with this giant logger

but they wouldn’t let me

So I took a family portrait with these guys

The little one had a bad attitude, unfortunately.

On my way inside the Logging Museum I noticed this sign

I wasn’t sure if they were selling gray days or just making an observation about the climate.
The only thing having anything to do with logging in the museum was this doll

getting her hair done by weird contraptions
Right next to the wheel chair with the funny bumper sticker

I saw brochures for Twilight Tours (whatever that was)
It’s apparently what all the people were at the Logging Museum for.

The first thing I noticed was the bookcase

with an apple and a vampire detector device

They also had a Doctor’s coat

and a poster of some Stephenie Meyer lady offering a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich to a cop

While I used the Twilight Restroom

Dora hung out in this truck

At first she thought all these people were crowding around her

until we noticed these two people had jumped in the front seat.

Some chic named Bella and a pasty white hot dude.

People kept talking about vampires and stuff. I didn’t believe them

until I saw this tampon sucked dry in the parking lot. Ew!!!!!!
Best day at a logging museum having nothing to do with logging on Summer Tour 2009 ever!!!!
